Exercise Rehabilitation

The primary objectives of exercise rehabilitation are to fast recovery, prevent re-injury, and develop resilience. Returning to full function and exceeding the ability pre-injury is the ultimate goal of exercise rehabilitation. Pain and immobility can be very troubling as they can affect fundamental actions and movements, causing changes to one's lifestyle. The benefits of exercise rehabilitation include:
