Boxing Training

Whether you want to compete or use boxing as a form of fitness training, it offers numerous physical and mental benefits. Technical training is the foundation of boxing. All training programs are customised to your strengths and abilities. It is important to note that boxing has many forms and styles, and my role is to maximise your potential by matching you up with the technical skills that amplify your strengths.

Besides the technical training, boxers need to participate in various exercises to develop total body strength, quick footwork, and agility for boxing. The following training methods are included in boxing training:

  • High-Intensity Interval Training
  • Strength Training
  • Weightlifting
  • Cardio
  • Plyometric exercises


Furthermore, since boxers partake under a specific weight class, the training program must focus on gaining strength and agility without putting on additional weight. The followings are the benefits of a boxing workout:
